Hotel Capellan De Getsemani, Cartagena

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nicely furnished, comfortable, and clean, but the lack of proper windows made them quite dark. The service, especially the friendly and helpful staff, was a standout. The location in Getsemani was convenient for exploring the area but could be a bit loud. The dining options were disappointing, lacking variety and quality.

The hotel is fantastic, located on the third floor with a pool floor and underneath the roof terrace. The rooms are of very good size. The service is incredible, especially thanks to Jhonatan on the front desk who went above and beyond to assist us. The location is incredible, on a corner street in Getsemani, near the historic center. The dining experience was excellent, including a variety of options. Overall, a great stay with some minor drawbacks.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, equipped with a fantastic king-size bed. The only downside was the occasional issue with electricity through the plugs despite having insulated windows. The service was exceptional, with the staff being lifesavers who ensured our trip was filled with amazing activities. The location was fantastic, situated at the edge of the old town in the trendy neighborhood of Getsemani, offering a relaxed vibe while being within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. The dining experience was not the best, prompting me to grab breakfast elsewhere. Overall, a great value for money with a few minor hiccups here and there.
